We assist with cost estimates, tendering, and contractor selection, comparing bids and helping clients choose suitable companies. During construction, we monitor costs, review change orders and invoices, and verify them against the work completed.
Construction Quality Control
During construction, we coordinate everyone involved, monitor the work, and resolve technical and design issues directly with consultants and contractors. We ensure that details, materials, and workmanship meet the intended architectural standards.
